OpenVPN Adapter Issue

I have only seen this once with a Windows OpenVPN client that could not connect.

CreateFile failed on TAP device: \\.\Global\{E..}/tap

All TAP-Win32 adapters on this system are currently in use.

The solution is to disable and re-enable the adapter in the Network Connections control panel.
